Two Apps, One Path

An expansion of the
Healing in NM app

The Healing in NM app is your daily companion — menopause and hormone coaching, daily mindfulness practices, cycle tracking, and nutrition support. It covers three of the four core dimensions of healing: physical, mental, and emotional health.

This app is the fourth dimension — the psycho-spiritual expansion. It goes more in depth on psychedelic and plant medicine integration, introduces functional mushrooms through Indigenous and neurobiological frameworks, and deepens the mental health toolkit with shadow work, DBT skills, archetypal inquiry, and somatic techniques for going deeper in the spiritual dimension.

What This App Goes Deeper

Psycho-spiritual healing,
expanded tools & deeper practice

Plant Medicine & Psychedelic Integration

Functional mushrooms and plant medicine explored through Indigenous traditions, neurobiological literacy, and trauma-informed integration coaching.

The Shadow Self

Structured descent into grief, fear, and shame — meeting what has been buried with presence rather than performance.

DBT Skills & Journaling

Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, structured journaling, and reflective practices that externalize and examine the internal narrative.

Archetypes & Chakras

Yogic ashrams, Indigenous lineages, and the chakra system as lenses through which to view your emerging sense of calling and meaning.

Grounding & Somatic Techniques

Earthing, breathwork, movement as medicine, and somatic awareness — embodied practices that carry what the spirit finds into daily life.

Psycho-Spiritual Depth

Going deeper in the spiritual dimension — ceremony, ritual, symbolic anchors, and the sustained integration of non-ordinary experiences.

How I Can Help

How I Can Help

Your healing,
curated

To Heal: to become whole again. Every offering below is a thread in the same cloth — hormone balance, emotional grounding, psychedelic integration, and the healing of old trauma — woven together to support women who are navigating the most vulnerable threshold of life. Not symptom management. A path home.

Menopause & Hormone Coaching

Menopause & Hormone Coaching

Navigating perimenopause and menopause means understanding what is happening in your body — and having a framework for supporting it. Coaching in this area covers the hormonal shifts of the transition, lifestyle and nutrition protocols that support hormone balance, and how to work with your body rather than against it.

Mood, Boundaries & Emotional Shifts

Mood, Boundaries & Emotional Shifts

The irritability, tearfulness, and emotional volatility of the menopause transition are real — and they often surface long-buried patterns around boundaries and self-worth. Coaching here creates space to understand the emotional changes, heal the mood cycles, and build boundaries that finally hold.

Psychedelic Therapy & Menopause

Psychedelic Therapy & Menopause

For many women, perimenopause and menopause are a time of profound psychological opening. Psychedelic-assisted therapy, integrated with trauma-informed psychiatric care, can support mood, identity, and the emotional weight of this transition in ways conventional medicine alone often cannot.

Old Trauma & the Transition

Old Trauma & the Transition

Hormonal shifts during perimenopause can lower the threshold at which old traumas resurface. Patterns that were once masked — anxiety, people-pleasing, boundary erosion — become harder to suppress. This is not breakdown. This is the body's invitation to finally heal what was always there.

Ancient Wisdom · Modern Healing

The phases of women —
what tradition knows

Every wisdom tradition has named what Western medicine often misses: that the menopause transition is not an ending, but a threshold into the most powerful chapter of a woman's life.

The Sage is not diminished — she is distilled. What falls away is not her power, but the performance of it. The hormonal volatility of perimenopause, so often framed as a medical problem to be solved, can be understood in yogic terms as a kind of alchemical fire: burning away what no longer serves so that what remains is more essentially herself.

In this framework, the symptoms are not random. The sleeplessness invites a relationship with the dark. The mood swings are the psyche's refusal to keep pretending. The heat — literal and metaphorical — is energy rising, not failing.

The Sage phase is one of increased intuition, deeper discernment, and a natural withdrawal from approval-seeking. Many women describe feeling, for the first time, genuinely free from the need to manage others' perceptions of them. This is not decline. This is initiation.

Where Western medicine focuses on what is lost — estrogen, fertility, regularity — Chinese medicine attends to what is gained. The Jing (essence) that has sustained reproduction is now available for higher transformation. This is not a deficit state; it is a redirection.

The Kidney system, which governs life force, aging, and wisdom, becomes central during this transition. When it is supported — through rest, warmth, nourishing food, reduced stress, and careful attention to the nervous system — the Second Spring unfolds as the richest creative and spiritual period of a woman's life.

Symptoms like hot flashes, in Chinese medicine, are understood as rising Yang energy — vital, active, seeking expression. Rather than suppressing this movement, the tradition seeks to harmonize it: to give the fire a channel. Psychedelic-assisted therapy, when held with care, can serve a similar function — offering a container for the rising that is happening anyway.

The crone is not a figure of diminishment in this tradition. She is the keeper of accumulated wisdom, the one the village comes to. She has earned her knowing.

Client Stories

From the Work

Their words,
not mine

"I came in completely broken after my first ceremony — I didn't know what had happened to me or what to do with it. Julie held the most grounded, non-judgmental space I'd ever experienced. She helped me make sense of what surfaced and actually integrate it into my daily life. Six months later, I am a different person. Not fixed. Whole."
